Returns or exchanges may be requested within three (3) business days of the delivery date.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
For safety and integrity reasons, medical products, opened, or used items cannot be accepted for return or exchange.

Please include your order number, item details, and the reason for return in your message.
Once reviewed, our team will provide return instructions and authorization if applicable.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
